Advance Solutions LLC is Greg Stephens’ company, based in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Since October 2026 it has been an authorized dealer, selling certified steel carports, RV covers, garages, barns, workshops and commercial buildings to people with land in Mississippi and Tennessee.
We do not manufacture the buildings, and the crews that put them up do not work for us. Our part is everything that happens before the truck shows up: working out what you need, getting it priced for your ZIP code, placing the order correctly and making sure your site is ready for the crew.
Who Does What
Buying a steel building involves two companies, and it helps to know which one handles which part.
Who makes the buildings
Every building we sell is made by MaxSteel Buildings, LLC, founded in January 2014 and based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The company runs three plants: Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Columbus, Georgia; and Dayton, Ohio. It engineers each building for the wind and snow loads of the ZIP code it is going to, fabricates it, and stands behind the warranty. Certified installation crews deliver the building and put it up on your site. To read more about the manufacturer, visit MaxSteel Buildings.
What Advance Solutions does
We are your point of contact from the first question to install day. We help you decide on the building type, the width and height, the roof style and the options worth paying for. After you send our quote form, we send you into the 3D designer so you can see your exact building and its price. We go over the design with you, answer what the designer cannot, and place the order. Then we keep track of it: the four site photos, the permit, and the questions that come up while you wait for an install date.

Why Buy Through a Dealer
The 3D designer is good at showing you a building. It is not good at telling you whether that building suits your land, your county or your budget. That is the gap a dealer fills.
- Help choosing. A carport, a garage and a workshop can look alike on a screen. We ask what you are storing or doing in it, and point you to the type, width and gauge that fit, including when the standard build is all you need.
- An order placed right. Once fabrication starts, the order cannot be changed, so the time to catch a door on the wrong wall or a building that is too short for the camper is before you sign. We check the details with you first.
- Follow-through. Between the order and install day there are things to do: level the ground, call 811, get any permit or HOA approval, and send four site photos. We walk you through each one, so the crew does not arrive to a site it cannot build on.
Why There Is No Sales Lot
Advance Solutions does not keep a lot full of buildings, and there is no display model to walk through. That is on purpose. Every building is made to order for the size, colors and doors you pick, so a building on a lot would rarely be the one you want. You design it, the manufacturer makes it, and the install crew sets it up on your property.
It also means you will not see photos of “our jobs” on this site. The building photos here are manufacturer photos, and each one is labeled that way. What you see in the 3D designer is the closest picture of what you will actually get, because it is your building.
Building Facts at a Glance
- Frame and panels. A 14-gauge, 2½-inch galvanized tube frame with 29-gauge panels is standard; a 12-gauge frame and 26-gauge panels are upgrades.
- Certification. Buildings installed on ground, concrete or asphalt are engineer certified, and engineer-stamped drawings are available when your permit office asks for them.
- Warranty. A 90-day workmanship warranty from the install date and a 20-year limited rust-through warranty on panels and tubing, extended to 40 years on panels with premium colors.
- Timing. The goal is to install within 3 to 6 weeks of approving your site photos, and most buildings go up in a single day.
