What Happens After You Get in Touch
When you send the form, the next screen gives you a button into the 3D designer. You can build the exact building there, from the width and roof style down to the color of the trim and where the doors go, and see the price for your ZIP code. Any design you save comes to Advance Solutions, so when we talk, we are both looking at the same building.
Then we call you during business hours to go over it. Expect questions about what the building is for, how level the ground is, whether there are power lines nearby and whether your county or HOA needs a permit or approval first. Those answers decide whether the install crew can set the building up on the day it arrives, so it is worth getting them right before you order. Nothing is ordered until you say so and pay the deposit.
What to Have Ready
You do not need every answer to ask for a quote. These five things make the first conversation quicker and the price more accurate.
- The delivery ZIP code. Each building is priced and certified for the ZIP code it is going to.
- A rough size. Measure the longest thing going inside and how tall it stands, including anything mounted on the roof of a camper.
- Open or closed in. Decide whether you want a roof only, a few walls, or a fully enclosed building with doors.
- The ground. Is it dirt, gravel, asphalt or a slab, and is it level? Any building around 30 feet wide or more needs concrete.
- How you want to pay. Cash, financing on approved credit, or rent-to-own. See financing and rent-to-own for how each works.
Prefer to talk before you fill anything out? Call and describe what you want to keep out of the weather. We can work out a starting size over the phone, and the form can wait until you have the numbers that matter. Either way, we handle your questions from the first call to install day, and we deliver and install the building once your site is ready.
Questions Before You Call
Can I see a building in person before I buy?
Advance Solutions has no sales lot or display models, so there is nothing to walk through. Each building is made to order. The 3D designer shows your exact building, size, colors and doors included, before you place the order.
When can I reach you by phone?
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside those hours, the quote form on this page takes your request any time.
Do you sell buildings for sites outside Mississippi and Tennessee?
Not through this website. Advance Solutions sells steel buildings for delivery and installation in Mississippi and Tennessee.
Who do I contact about a warranty claim?
Call us and we will help you file it. Claims are handled by the manufacturer through its online warranty and claims page. Report broken windows, locks or other cosmetic problems within 7 days of delivery.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. The quote and the 3D design are free. An order only happens when you approve the design and pay the deposit, and the rest of the balance is due to the manufacturer at installation.
