The terms that apply when you use this website or request a quote from Advance Solutions LLC.

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Advance Solutions LLC ("Advance Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
Advance Solutions is an authorized dealer for MaxSteel Buildings, LLC ("the manufacturer"). We help buyers choose, design and price a building, place orders with the manufacturer, and schedule delivery and installation. We do not manufacture buildings and we do not employ the installers. The manufacturer makes every building sold through this site, and certified installation crews deliver and install it. Advance Solutions is an independent business and is not the manufacturer.
2. Information on This Site
Everything on this site, including sizes, specifications, site preparation requirements, financing descriptions and warranty summaries, is general information provided for convenience. It may be incomplete or out of date, and the manufacturer may change its products, programs and requirements at any time. Product photos on this site are the manufacturer's photos and show example buildings, not a building you will receive.
The manufacturer's signed sales order or contract for your building is what governs your purchase. If anything on this site differs from that document, the signed order controls.
3. Prices and Quotes
Prices come from the manufacturer's online designer and price list, not from this website. Prices are subject to change and may vary by delivery location. A quote or saved design is not an order and does not hold a price. Any promotion is the manufacturer's, is applied in its designer, and can change or end without notice.
4. Orders, Deposits and Payment
An order is placed only when you sign the manufacturer's sales order and pay the required deposit. The deposit amount varies by building size and delivery location and is shown on your quote. The remaining balance is paid to the manufacturer at or before installation as described in your order. Do not pay the balance to Advance Solutions. Cancellations, changes, restocking fees and refunds are governed by the manufacturer's order terms. The manufacturer does not allow changes once fabrication has started.
5. Your Responsibilities Before Installation
Under the manufacturer's terms, the buyer is responsible for preparing the site, including leveling and any concrete; for obtaining any building permit and HOA approval before accepting an installation date; for confirming setbacks and restrictions; for locating underground utilities; for providing access for the delivery equipment; and for providing a lift when one is required. These requirements are summarized on our how it works page, and your order controls.
6. Financing and Rent-to-Own
Financing and rent-to-own are provided by third-party lenders and rent-to-own companies, not by Advance Solutions. Approval, rates, terms and fees are set by those companies under their own agreements. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit.
7. Warranty
Buildings are warranted by the manufacturer under its written warranty, not by Advance Solutions. Warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer through its warranty and claims page. Advance Solutions makes no separate warranty on any building, though we will help you file a claim.
8. Text Messages and Calls
If you agree on our form to be contacted by phone, text or email, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call. Message and data rates may apply. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
9. Trademarks and Content
The MaxSteel name, logos and product photos belong to the manufacturer and are used here as an authorized dealer. The rest of the content on this site belongs to Advance Solutions. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Other Websites
This site links to websites run by others, including the manufacturer's website and its 3D designer. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Advance Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information on it. Your rights and remedies regarding a building you buy are set by your order with the manufacturer and the manufacturer's warranty.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
